These Terms govern your use of O'Neills Home Prep Flow Studio at oneillkitchen.shop, operated by O'NEILLS KITCHEN SUPPLIES LIMITED (Company No. SC215856). By using the service you agree to these Terms.

The service

O'Neills Home Prep Flow Studio is a digital tool that generates home kitchen prep flow layouts and ordinary kitchen supply checklists for everyday household cooking. Outputs are planning inspiration only. The service does not cover commercial kitchens, food-safety certification, or equipment work.

Accounts and credits

• Prep flow generation is provided through credits or a subscription.
• One credit covers one generated prep flow.
• A subscription allows unlimited generation while active.
• Online payment is not yet connected. Where checkout shows "payment provider pending", no payment is taken.

Kitchen supplies

Physical kitchen supplies are ordinary household items. Orders are subject to availability and to our shipping and returns terms in the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

No professional advice

The service provides general home planning inspiration and does not constitute professional, safety, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for how you arrange and use your own kitchen.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
