Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds for digital credits and subscriptions, and shipping and returns for physical kitchen supplies sold by O'NEILLS KITCHEN SUPPLIES LIMITED.
Digital credits and subscriptions
- Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits already spent on generated prep flows are non-refundable, as the digital output has been delivered.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate part months.
- While checkout shows "payment provider pending", no payment is taken and there is nothing to refund.
Physical kitchen supplies
Shipping
- Physical supplies are dispatched within the United Kingdom.
- Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout once a payment provider is connected.
Returns
- You may return unused physical supplies in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
- Once we receive and check the returned item, we issue a refund to the original payment method.
- Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.
